This little mod is the result of a comment I saw in one of the OOO threads about Light of Dawn being a two-handed weapon and how much \"it sucked\". I myself am a shield person, so I decided to make the changes, but I thought I might as well release it to show my appreciation to Dev_Akm and all the other modders for the fantastic job they have done
- Permissions and credits
There are two version of the pluggin, an OBSE one, and a regular one. The only difference is that you don't get the nifty scabbard with the non OBSE one. If you can use OBSE, then I strongly recommend using this version.
Don't forget to get COBL or it won't work, since it's based upon the Light of Dawn patch Dev_Akm released earlier.
This mod is designed to make Light of Dawn a one-handed weapon, and works with OOO/FCOM. It has been rebalanced so it's not ridiculously powerful. It remains the best weapon of its category though. It was the best two-handed blade, and is (at least I believe) the best one-handed blade.
Dev_Akm did most of the tricky modifications in the scripts related to the weapon and voilà!
