Original multiplier is 5, this mod changes it to 25.

Forgot to add..how to use this mod:
Put it in your Oblivion "data" folder. Click the Oblivion shortcut, select data files, turn the mod on by double clicking it. Play !
Description updated to correct the base multi that was originally 5, not 10. :P Sorry.
