This mod eliminates most of the min/maxing required to build a great character in oblivion, allows attributes to pass 100, improves attributes with use, AND bases current health solely on current attributes.

Four supported versions are included, with different leveling requirements:

1) 10 points in major skills per level
2) 20 points in major skills per level
3) 30 points in any skills per level, up to level 51
4) 60 points in any skills per level, up to level 26

And for fun, a cheating version in which you'll gain a level for every 12 points in any skill, up to levels and attributes far beyond 100. I don't even know how high, the cheat version isn't fully tested. Use it at your own risk. ;)

In all four supported versions, major skills increase attributes by 5 points each. Then attributes improve for every five improvements in the skills that use the attribute, and continue to improve beyond 100 (even after the level cap!), up to their starting value + 60.

~NOTES~

This mod requires starting a new character; my apologies, but that was the only way I could determine the correct starting attributes.

You'll always reach level 2 after the first 10 major skill increases, but level 3 and beyond will be correct.
