No one has posted here since 2011, so I will take a fresh stab. There aren't many great heavy armor mods for males, unless you want the traditional barrel-steel chested, tin-man variety. If you are looking for something sleek, dark and stunning, there are very few, if any besides this one. Props to all involved for this masterpiece, really. I was like, holy sh*t this is awesome.
I don't play female characters, so I do not have 'Fantasy Figures Female Body Replacer' installed. I do use Robert's muscular body and that is all that is needed if using it on a male character. My only gripe is the excessive weight of each piece. My 2nd level character was slowly slogging along while wearing the set. I guess the intent of acquiring the armor was for later game play? I fixed this by opening the mod up in Tes4Edit and changing the weight to about half the amounts. Now I am back to walking and running at normal speed.
Thing to note. If you want to use this set for Battlemage/necro-whatever types and don't want to wear a Batman looking helm, the Capes and Cloaks mod by someone1074 fits this armor very well.
I only wish there were more heavy armor mods like this one, thank you!
