When you complete the fighters quild questline you get your room in chorrol. When you complete the mages quild questline you get the arch-mage tower. When you complete the thieves quild questline you get your room in the waterfront. BUT you don't get your own room at the end of the dark brotherhood questline.

My firts mod changes that. After you speak to the night mother for the last time just before you return to the santuary you will get the key to your quarters that can be accessed though the door in Ocheeva's quarters.

Inside you will find Dark Guardians patrolling your room, you can find a black soul gem, a bed, 2 desks, a statue of the night mother, a new set of armour and robes and an list with all the Mythic Dawn agents plus an necromancer. There is also a rock where you can sit on.

There is also is an altar of sithis. It has the same benefits as the altar of the nine, only a little bit stronger and you can still use it if your infamy is higher than your fame or if you have a bounty on your head. Also when you look at the altar you won't see your cursor change to the "activate" cursor and the name doesn't appear at the lower right corner (default) but it still works.
