I really like this water mod. I always play as an Argonian because I like to explore underwater, and this feels more realistic and enjoyable (why should an amphibian be blind underwater?) Combined with Alive Waters (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/6914), they're must have mods.
However; it doesn't work in Shivering Isles :-( Any modders out there know how to fix this or extend it to cover SI?

It's not about being a veteran but simply bothering to do ANY basic learning on your own.
Simply put, if you can't figure out something this simple, you should go back to your xbox.

1 - manual download and drop the single .esp file into your Oblivion install location's Data folder.
2 - start up nexus mod manager, and in your Oblivion mod page pick the Plugins tab and make sure the Better Water esp file is checked on.
Worked for me and was worth it. Immediately made exploring underwater a better experience.
