Why is it that you can sidestep master archer arrows?!?! This changes Speed, strength, distance etc.

I know there is probably 80 mods like this, but wasnt sure what they did, there were always little differences and so to get the best result you needed all of them so to speak and, well, we all need to savor the limit of mods. So i decided, to just make 1 mod with all the stuff in it. So it saves you like 5 individual mod downloads
For the nerds:- What this mod does is changes the weak gravity scales, the general gravity scales, maximum distance intervals, optimal distance intervals, Maximum speed counter, weak speed counter and the damage that is caused and armour differenciation. (armour rating). This is a great realism improvement.
And for the people that dont care:- This just makes you want to use arrows, they fly through the sky and into your target. Makes 'em faster and stronger. Makes armour also worth sometihng.
