Start TES:CS - open oblivion + GHBis esp's and look into lesser powers for 4 new spells. Move you'r cursor there and you will see spell ID , after check out what FORMID have your GBHis.esp in loading order (mine was 20 , a lot of plugs) so it was like player.addspell "FormID"001B9A , this one reanimates target with fullblown vampirizm .
p.s i'm not that good at english to write more specific manuals ">
Summon a horse to fall from the heavens crushing your foe. Summon a load of boulders to crush your foe. Summon a giant Titan Ogre(or 2 or 3) to crush your foe. Summon an army of goblins, bandits, or mauraders. Strip NPCs down to thier tighty whiteys. Make someone wear the Grey fox's cowl, making them an instant fugitive. Make somebody a pickpocket. Make somebody search endlessly for calipers>?? Give somebody a "free" apple, ..which is poisonness. Shrink people, Enlarge people. Cause bloody riots. Make an NPC a crazed homicidal (incredibly powerful) lunatic warrior. Paralyze people, or simply make them trip and fall down. Teleport people hundreds of miles into the sky, and let gravity do your killing. Or simply blast a devastating lightning bolt that throws everyone and everything in the vincinity into "oblivion". And more.
You get the spell by simply biting someone. Then kill someone, then use the spell on them to resurrect them as a vampire. The npc will just go on with normal day to day activities as far as i know. If you are looking for a way to control your new vampire minions then i recommend a mod called "Hilarity". Among a surplus of many awesome spells, there is a spell to reanimate a body to fight by your side. Although they will cease to talk to you, and thier eyes will turn jet black.
So just kill your vampire again, and then raise them again with the hilarity spell. This truly is a wicked mod.
ah I see. i noted in another post that Luc was using Darkness Everlasting it seems thatthis mod relighs on the idea that the player is using the standerd four-stage build for vampirism hehe
What's the requirements to run this? I'm using Drokk's Mod. Any possibility of making it compatible? Even if it makes vampires at 25% that would be nice.
But I'm stuck with Oblivion 1.0 as I'm running Oldblivion for my old computer.

Well, hope he'll be more tolerant to his Gift than Agronak...
