hi like the name says you can kill/steal anything or anyone without geting in trouble with the guards however dont talk to them or thay will try to arrest you!
also like the name says when you enter tamriel you will instently discover all the fast travel locations on the map!
i dont know of any mods that screw up this one but if you find one tell me and i will list it
if you have never installed a mod before put this in your oblivion data folder most liekly at "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data" run the game launcher and click "data files" and check my mod on the list
you may re-realese this just put my name in the credits =)
