Creates a farm near the Imperial City.

This is an older version of Wickmere farm which is no longer being supported. I am no longer modding Oblivion. While it is still a perfectly functional village when used on it's own, the design and game cells used will cause conflict with several other nearby village mods (RD Milewood, Tannis, Fisherman's Rock and at least one other). There are no patches available.

Mhahn123 has made an updated version of this village. It adds a lot of new content and adjusts cell usage to eliminate mod conflicts. Can be found here: Settlements of Cyrodiil-Wickmere Farm

Description
===========
Cyrodiil is large and vast, yet where are it's farms?

Before industrialization the main occupation of people, for ALL civilizations has been agriculture.

City's provided goods and services, while farms and hamlets provided food, and resources.

This mod is an answer to that problem.

Location
========
East of the Imperial City; just north of Vanua.

Details
=======
This mod creates a fully-functioning farm, that provides food for the Imperial City; and giving the Player some unique visuals.

Focusing on agriculture, and livestock, it includes fishing and chickens.

Also a pawnbroker is waiting at the docks; in between shipments.

There is a free bed for travellers in Wickmere Manor.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)OblivionData
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
