Oblivion rough install guide

As always, before installing anything, make sure you have back ups of all the files about to be overwritten.

Before installing anything I have a look at two higly recommended "enhanced combat/magic" mods I'm not installing - yet. These are Jjiinx Enhanced Diseases - which make diseases a lot more "interesting" - and Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul. Since both these mods make survival a lot more challenging I will install them at the end after I've had a - low level - look at my total install.

After installing Midas Magic and being "done" in Leyawiin I thought it a good idea to take a boat to the Imperial City so I first installed Lametrie's Shipping in Cyrodiil and CLShade's CLS Sailboats OBSE. Run into a problem ingame though for the boat you can buy "for Leyawiin" can only be bought at Borba's and it took me some time before I realised that this is a shop in Cheydinhal, so I could not buy the boat in Leyawiin at all :)

After this I installed some mods that will upgrade the imperial city.
I begin with Sifonseal - ShadeGabriel's FOMO series.
These give a huge - and interesting - "lower city" and Imperial Isle modification.
After downloading the Main resources - which took some time - I combined them into one OMOD file - which took even more time - and then I installed this OMOD - again very time consuming :)
I did the same with the resources for the Imperial Isles - and the backup defaults for both - and after this I installed FOMO Main esp Version 1.001 and FOMO - Imperial Isles - Unique Landscapes No BC Version (Updated). After this I installed FOMO EDD Nailflan Store and FOMO EDD Tona Store that are Main extentions placing new shops in the East District which can be integrated into the Bashed patch.

Having done the "lower city" I used SilentResident's ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts to modify the "upper city" to which I added Jadraxs Imperial City Tunnel Entrance, Mag1cWind0w's The Imperial Waters and Khornate and Qazaaq's Let the People Drink.

Finally I gave this all a different texture set with Montegris' Imperial City Retextured.

Then BOSS for the Loadorder, TES4Edit for cleaning and Wrye Bash for integration where everything went wrong - again - but I will look at it in my next vid.
