About Blue Crystal Staff:
The Blue Crystal Staff was a powerful artifact created by the goddess Mishakal. Most of the time, the staff appears as a simple, plain, unadorned quarterstaff. However, whenever it is used or seen through the eyes of magic, the staff is a six-foot long rod of unflawed blue crystal. It is crowned with an ornamental headpiece, resembling two crescent moons that are connected at the back with the horns pointing down and upwards. In the center of the piece is fist sized flawless blue sapphire.
This version of the staff is an equippable unenchanted staff which can be found near one of the statues in the Imperial City Market District.

Installation Process:
1. Extract all files to your oblivion data directory.
2. And remember to check/enable the CrystalStaff.esp using the oblivion launcher or obmm.
