This is a simple mini-mod intended to make the IC Waterfront more visually appealing (more "realistic," perhaps?) without interfering with any existing quests, non-waterfront mods, or anything else. This mod is clean, compact, and integrates well with both vanilla, and not-so-vanilla Oblivion.
The current version features the "upscale" side of the waterfront; with it's tree-lined streets and well-kept flowers, the city side of the wharf is a suitable for respectable trading and shipping companies to base their operations.
The "slum" side of the waterfront (which has been hinted at with the single, abandoned warehouse) is a much less reputable place, suitable for more shady characters and their business transaction. This side is coming soon...

NOTE: In addition to being a beta release, this is actually my first mod ever! In addition to adding a few of the minor embellishments I have in the works, there are quite possibly a few small errors here and there that I'll need to clean up before v1.0 is ready. If you find any such mistakes, please do not hesitate to point them out to me so that I may fix them in the final version. Thanks!
