Hi Carl S, My account was mistakenly deleted and I lost all my comments, endorsements, kudos and even ownership pf my pics on image share ! So I am making the rounds to re-endorse all my favorite mods and this is one of my first stops. I looked for a long time to find such a companion friendly house that I could come home to and not have to micromanage companions and this went well beyond that ! All one cell, weapon racks with a rail so the weapons don't keep getting knocked down, a pool and the landscaping outside is awesome !! And a tower with a great view .. Wow ! Big Thankx for this it really is perfect ! I also have to re-DL every thing I want to re-endorse so I will be back to endorse after the 3 hr time limit is up ...

I have used this house every time I install Oblivion and each time I forget the name and spend hours looking for it. I feel it is worth it.Great job!!! The tree in the tower I think is from natural environments, that's just a guess.
Just a return visit to say thanks again for a great mod! This is my main player house and I've absolutely enjoyed decorating it with clutter, unique items, furniture and flowers.
Enhancements include items from- Lamps of Oblivion, The Imperial Furniture Store, Xiamara's Teddy Bears, The Tamriel SnackShop foods and tea set, Roxy's Adult Book Store, Insanity's Pet Shop, Anch's Gardening Mod...just to name a few.
I've added screenies to show all the different ways I was able to decorate to my tastes and I'm not even done with it yet! Provides hours of fun if you like this sort of thing. Again, thanks, this is definitely one of my game staples and my favorite player home so far! It is companion and pet friendly as you can see. ">
Wonderful place! One of the best, just right and feels like home. Captured the look of an authentic, unpretentious medieval manor (and in this case, that means house, not palace) extremely well, especially from the outside (and I'm not complaining about the inside, either!) Bearskin bedroll is a GREAT touch (where can you get 'em?) and the tower just brings it off to perfection. And you put a yard around it that feels like people were really meant to live there. A 10, hands down.
Just one thing: normally I don't care about this, but in this case I really feel that a place this nice and substantial should have some kind of price or quest attached to it. I love free housing, but this is the kind of place that's meant to be earned. Well done!

It was not my intention to make a house with a lot of diplayes and storage , as I say in the read me , it is up to the user to make their own finish by using the Imperial Furniture mod where you can buy display cases, chests, drawers and so on. For your information I have been around the house to count the storage possibilities and there is: 1 Desk , 1 Counter , 3 Cupboards , 4 Chests , 8 Drawers , 2 display cases , 6 weapon racks , 8 Shelves and 1 Barrel. In the tower : 1 Cupboard , 1 Chest and 1 Drawer.
Bejeeta : I have also met the man once in the house , but he disappeared short after. I have experienced the same man in the vanilla player house for sale in Chorrol. I have no idea why he turns up , - a bit anoying though.
