Certainly not a bad mod, but it does have some flaws. Keep up the good work though.

Mog/Tinytean, could you make compatability with living economy? The skingrad houses costs as much as this in cash.

I'm not going to rate this mod yet, there are many things to like about it, but there are some that detract from it significantly.

I purchased the entire package and for the most part the layout and design borders on outstanding.

The choices of statuary, the lake with sunken ship, the support staff are all very nice touches. The master bedroom, particularly the bed and the spaciousness were very welcome to this weary traveler; a gold star for including the beach house and the beachfront area.

Here are my thoughts on improvements that could make it truly outstanding among player homes. While I love the secret passage from the MB, I would have been much more pleased with it had it led directly to the beach house. The passage as it is, leading to the dining hall seems unnecessary, and the the other passage to the Abecean hinterlands is likewise not very useful to me, maybe I'll find something worthwhile out there though.

I hope I will find the secret mage quarters off the MB, but after a thorough search this doesn't seem to be. A third guest quarters in the Bedrooms Suite would be welcome but not a dealbreaker.

I could not find a "West Wing" and have yet to find the treasury. If the West Wing was clearly marked on the castle map, it would be better. (I've yet to find the treasury after searching the west castle areas.) I don't think it's possible that it's the treasure chest in the pantry storage room, but maybe that's it.

When approaching the castle, my computer gets weird seam-glitches, but once I disabled the captain of the guard, (which surprisingly disabled all the guards) I no longer had this glitch.

As a female IRL and in character, I don't want guards in the bedroom suites area. Posted outside the private bedroom quarters in the Keep itself would have been fine.

I expected the yard, after purchase, to have been tidied up and more inviting, it's very straggly.

In the guest quarters with the office, the office doors locks from the inside if it's closed, I have companions who seem to love to close doors and each time they close the door you have to lockpick the door back open. Not nice.
(I disabled the office door completely.) Also the desk is labeled "Dairihil's Desk" and while I love the design based on the Anvil Castle, I didn't like stealing in my own castle.

Which brings me to the fact that after I purchased the Keep, I still am not the "owner" of all the contents, I use Harvest Containers, and I have to sneak to close the containers in the castle, because they aren't recognized as belonging to the purchaser after purchase.

And the Staff refers to me as "Honored Guest" rather than boss, master, or any other term that would imply my status as owner.

Other than that I love the open bedroom quarters which allow my companions to roam and mingle but not enter the Master Suite unless invited. Great!

The stables are just fine, and I'm quite picky there.

I certainly couldn't do better myself, maybe someday! But as a beginning effort, there are a lot of fine touches in this home that make me want to keep it in spite of some of it's shortcomings!

I really do appreciate your efforts!
