I took away the stunted magicka effect but put 25% weaknesses to fire, frost, and shock to make it balanced. I wanted other races to get huge magicka boost with out having to suffer too much. There is a pair of gauntlets for sale smoewhere in the game I won't say where that will counter the weaknesses.
This is my first mod so please give me as much of your input as possible.
