After the 3.0RC3 release today there is still some problems that need addressing: BUG: It seems that certain circumstances cause the Breaking the Siege of Kvatch to be triggered even when the PRe invasion city is still active. If this bug happen simply deliver the amulet of king to Jauffre to continue this quest.
BUG: Assertion failed in some underground zones with shadeME and ShadeMe Enanched. WORKAROUND: Disable ShadeME during the underground part.
BUG: In some underground zones graphical artifacts may occur with looking from a certain angle. (This was reported by a single user and may be Mod/OS/GPU/Driver dependant. I was unable to reproduce the issue). Workaround: N/A (not serious however)
NOTE: If you encounter a bug (CTD or other kind of bugs) during playing the mod (different to the assertion error mentioned above) and you have the last version of EngineBugFixes, provide a Savegame, the LoadOrder , a MessageLogger log (file MessageLog.txt) and a Cobb's Crash Logger log. A Conscribe "Static Log.txt" is appreciated. Also reports of Kvatch Rebuilt not initializing properly MUST also provide the PROOF of OBSE working properly. This is generally obtained by the presence of a obse.log (that must be provided with the report) and one of obse_loader.log (for retail and GOG versions) or steam_loader.txt (for Steam). Too much of this kind of reports were caused by not working OBSE expecially for Steam games.
Is it possible to stop the game from giving you the Stables outside of Kvatch as a free waypoint right from the start? Kinda dumb I can go straight there despite never having been there before.
The last time i played it it was version 1 or something. And dude i hated the last part that version. The dungeons were kind of boring, the bossfight with multiple phases bugged multiple times and the last dungeon... Well, when i saw the map of that place i used TCL. I wish all this adventure stuff was in other mods and this one was only about city rebuild...

I'm getting a weird installation bug. The Kvatch Rebuilt.esm on Nexus is supposed to be 413.1MB, but it decompresses as 394MB.
More importantly it isn't recognised as an Oblivion BSA by any mod manager I use (NMM, OMM, or Wrye Bash) when intalled by them or by hand. It's just invisible to them. I've tried decompressing it with both WinRAR and 7Zip with the same result. Presumably the game won't see it either and I don't want to just run the Kvatch Rebuilt.esp (which is recognised by the mod managers) in case of game breaking bugs. Plus, mods that rely on the Kvatch Rebuilt.esm (like LOD Togglers for Mods) can't see it either.
Has anyone else had this problem? It seems had to believe that the esm on Nexus is broken, as nobody else has had the problem. Any ideas?
But There's still a 349mb file marked Kvatch Rebuilt.esm as part of the download. Is it just dead weight? And why do associated mods - like LOD Togglers for Mods - expect an .esm? As I said, the attached esm is invisible to mod managers.
I found the heir but he's not willing to take up his duties. I returned weeks later but naturally he's no longer there. I returned to Kvatch to see if anyone is willing to talk to me about it but I'm not immediately finding anyone.
I was hoping to find some way of fixing a bug I created by accident. I returned the count to Kvatch and was exploring the hall the count was in when I found a book on the shelf that was the trigger to open the secret door. So I went into the crypt and found the Sword of Kvatch and after a a metric shitton of time later I found out that was an important quest item......So Either I basically nerf my character back to level 1 from level 50 or I figure out some IDs that don't seem to be listed anywhere and I don't code for Oblivion so turning on computer skills isn't an option, either. What can I do to solve this? I also still have the sword although I enchanted it and added a space before the name so it shows up at the top of my inventory list for easy access- probably jacked up any use for this item now.

Hopefully this should fix the problems peoples were having with Molvirian quest, and The Frostcrag Portal.

Certain mods expect an esm, because way back maybe 10 years ago, there used to be an esm.
I know it's KRMain01/2/3 etc but I forgot the stage numbers.
UPPDATE: Went into the CS and figured it out. If anyone wants for just Kvatch to be rebuilt without doing any quests enter in the console:

try to deliver the Amulet of Kings to Joffrey
So how do I I progress the quest?
