Good concept, although it could have been better executed. You might try "mirroring" the animation-I.E. having it play backwards halfway through so that it loops perfectly rather than "stuttering" between loops.
For instance, I made it work for Painting 2 by changing the animation sequence so after "Painting12.dds" it started counting down all the way to "Painting3.dds", after which the loop restarts at "Painting2.dds". Because all we're really seeing is the movement of the ocean and the bush, it's fairly imperceptible that it's moving forwards than reversing-in fact it helps add to the feel that it is moving back and forth with the wind. It sort of works with Painting 1 as well, but it ends up making her blink twice in rapid succession, although I suppose that could potentially be fixed in Photoshop or something.
Basically reversing the animation about halfway through helps to make the animation more seamless. It would also be interesting to add one of the "artistic" filters to the frames to make it look more painting-like.
