   To clear up some confusion.
   
   ToggleAI means disabling the target actor's AI routines. This is does at the console, as such:
   
   strike '~' to open the console
   click the target actor with the mouse
   type 'tai' and strike enter
   a message like "AI disable for ..." should appear

   Anybody figure out the up and down? It says in the description "use with ToggleAI," but I can't find anything called ToggleAI.
