Wow this is really cool, though could anyone make it so you just have to download it and it'll be there, and this just an idea off the top of my head to anyone who dares to do it, and that is to say if your character gets a bounty exceding such and such gold{For example, greater than 2000} you'll be sentenced to hang. Strange idea yes, but it'd put a lot more realism in the game and make you think twice about murdering

Edit: This is a modders resource. The file contains a mesh only, no textures, no npc's. It is a really great mesh though. I'm going to try to add Phitt's swinging npc to it, for that special touch.
Ukrr, if you're talking about the Imperial male, he's just a living NPC wearing a simple necklace that looks like a hangman's rope and prevents him from moving. The idea is that he hasn't yet been hung, but is about to be executed very soon - I'm working on adding a quest involving this for my upcoming mod, Underworld, for the Bounty Hunters Guild questline. ">
