While the City may have been built after the time of the great tower, it makes sense that the stone used in the contruction throughout the area is of a similar type. Especially as the City was intended to be built around the tower.
I would like to see a little moss added to some of the sections, such as around the bottom of buildings and other places where moisture might linger.
One could argue that the stonework should look like the clean architecture in Mankar Camorans paradise realm but I believe your concept is more in keeping with how the city would be kept by the empire.
Rating files badly when they do what they're supposed to is hardly fair. Maybe you could talk to Buddah or Dark0ne about getting them modified or removed?
Thank you very much Jedininjafuq and evphelps for your kind comments.
As originally stated, this mod was designed out of my own preference for the purpose of creating IC textures that would blend with Ayleid Ruins that were using Koldorns textures. By what the description says, it's going to do that. As clearly shown by the screens, it does that. And as such by what is shown and said, the purpose of this mod isn't for those who prefer their Imperial City to have a White-Gold IC feel at all. Such a particular retexture suitable for a White-Gold IC might come in the future if I redo it. But that retexture is not this, nor will it ever be.
While I can respect your preferences on what you believe the color of the Imperial City should look like, particular arguments over the issue of this retexture not being 'White-Gold' when the sole purpose of the mod is not designed to make or keep the city White-Gold is redundant.
Course, this makes me wonder how many will cry if I ever created a Obsidian IC (black) retexture. ">

Mods should be rated on the ability to do as described in the description, not on color preferences.
