I remember this was one of the first mods I ever downloaded for Oblivion, but had no idea how you were supposed to endorse a mod back then. But there you have it, thanks for sharing such an obedient pet scamp with the community :D
The scamp spends a lot of time smelling flowers and running back and forth. It's cute, but you can pick the stuff 5 to 10 times faster than waiting for the scamp to pick it. I was looking for a way to harvest plants easier and this doesn't make it easier. Get this for other reasons than making harvesting fast and easy.
So, an idea. What about you make this so that the scamp's inventory is silently transferred into a player-owned chest somewhere? Like, say, in the Arcane University or something?
That could probably work better than some of the other options...
hi Nomad Dervish, many thanks for your hard work on the MOD. I need your help. Is it possible to make the conjuration skill novice (less than 5) to summon the Scavenger Scamp. I love your idea of using a companion to help out with ingredient picking. i have played a conjurer character in the past and found it very passive fighting skill. I ended up hiding while my summoned NPC do all the fighting. Now I play as a warrior and I like it close and personal. Paralysis and then slash, slash, slash! LOL! I don't want to spend too much skill points on conjurer skill which I do not use in battle. If I training up my conjurer skills, I end up leveling up with skills I do not use. Thanks.

That could probably work better than some of the other options...
I wish the spell would last longer though.
