Here is a simple Remix of the Main Menu Music, its slowed down slightly and Emperor/Martin voices added for a better build up.
simply download the tes4title.rar then go to your installation folder for oblivion music, usually Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Music\Special. then rename the original tes4title to something like tes4titleORIG and put the new one in the same folder.
