   This mod makes my game crash if I try to load to an earlier save. Also does it if I exit the game to the main menu.

   Well done, must give this Mod ten out of ten. I got fed up with waiting for the city council to repair the streets. Thanks for fixing this annoyance.

   The Console Command "Startquest MQDoneClean" doesnt work any idea why?

   You have to type in "Startquest MQDoneClean" if you've already done the "Imperial Dragon Armor" quest, I.E. already picked up the armor for it to work.

   I Installed the Mod and the rubble is still on the ground and the trees are still burned, nothing has changed. Is something suppose to happen.

   This is one of those things Bethesda should have done, but didn't. You did, and I am pleased with the result.
