Have you ever walked around Bravil and wondered what Bravil Alessia Ottus went to? Vanilla Bravil wasn't dirty, maybe a bit shabby, but certainly not the backwater town it was suppose to be. This mod attempts to fix that.

This mod turns Bravil from it spick-and-span to something left to be desired. Adding more then 150 objects scattered across the city Finishing Touches dirties up the place.
Broken barrels and crates litter the city streets and its catwalks. Spiders spin webs in between Bravils shabby architecture. Hanging mold and mildew strings from nearly every house. Buildings now feel as if they're about to topple over as they lean precariously.
Bravil finally feels like a dirty backwater town. This is the true Bravil, dirty and unkempt, the town no one cares about.

-Over 150 "clutter" objects and containers placed all across Bravil...
-More tress and bushes...
-Larsius River Canal is now a cliff, rather than a slopping hill...
-Most buildings now lean ever so slightly creating the illusion that they may just topple over...
-A few new catwalks added...
Frame-rate Issues:
I tried to keep any hits to your FPS down to a minimum. While there are a lot of new objects they're all small, so they shouldn't suck up a whole lot of power. On my system the FPS hits are slight to null. I didn't notice a hit and when I did I tried to fix it. However if your system struggles already, you may have a issue.
Try it out and see what happens.
Compatibility:
Obviously anything that edits Bravil vastly:
Bananasplits Better Cities
Mud and Blood
Depending on where, any mods that add things to Bravil will probably be incompatible simply because a lot of Bravils open space has been filled with something or another.
--Illumination Within conflicts with Finishing Touches, however I created a patch that fixes that. Remember the patch MUST be loaded after Illumination Within--
**This mod ONLY changes the INSIDE of Bravil. I want to stay out of the way of Unique Landscapes and any other mods that do things outside of Bravil**
