   Sorry I thought this was Laserman's elite imperial watch mod, this didn't work for me and I don't really like the black armor anyway.

   But anyways, it'd be cool if you could actually provide a location that makes more sense and/or some NPCs that wear the armour - Secret Police, maybe? Just an idea.
