I think I downloaded the mod incorrectly, there is a missing dialogue option that prevents me from continuing the questline. The dialogue missing is the accept surrender dialogue for the countess of Bruma.
It looks to me like the word (lore) in the description is just the reason why he made it so you can't play this with the Main Quest completed. I found where there were 3 checks. I removed the checks and played this all the way through with my Main Quest completed with no problems. I was very well done and pretty cool. It was a clever idea.
In RoS01Script: delete what what is underlined below:
if GetStage SE13 < 200 || ( GetStage MQ16 >= 100 && Started == 0 ) Return endif

Change these two characters >= to this <. After doing that you will have to have the main quest completed. At least MQ16 anyway.
The guy at the beginning didn't show up for me either so I entered into the console:
prid xx00B7AD (xx = your load order in hex) enable
The guy is RoSMarlimonRef and he's set to (initially disabled). If you're trying this you may as well uncheck (initially disabled) while you have it opened in the CS. I haven't tried it but I think that would put him on the spot.
That's all I did and it worked perfect for me. I didn't even have to resurrect Martin because there is another Martin built into this.
This is a great mod. I highly recommend it. It wasn't near as dark as I thought because you're playing as the character Sheogorath and not your real self. Your murder count may go up so this is not a keeper for me but fun to go through.
There still seems to be some confusion about the main quest status requirement. I went ahead and tried it to find out.
It looks to me if you have completed the main quest this mod will NOT work. There is a line in first quest script that says if quest SE13 stage is less than 200 or if quest MQ16 stage is greater than or equal to 100 the script bails out right there. I removed those conditions and was able to move forward until I came to the next problem. Here's the line in RoS01Script:
if GetStage SE13 < 200 || ( GetStage MQ16 >= 100 && Started == 0 ) Return endif
GREAT MOD BUT {SPOILERS} is there a walkthrough im stuck at imperial battle with the mission saying that the battle moved to green emp way but i have no idea what to do next
Can you play this an then lay the MQ afterwards? also I would like to point out (might be spoilers ahead) when you take the different places you can not go further in to the keep of the different castles? surely if you take the castle you are free to explore it? Brilliant mod I have endorsed it.
