This has been a very handy tool! I've been using it to film my mod showcases. For those who are wondering how to change the camera speed, use this console command: setflycameraspeedmult (value) The default speed value is 1. +1 Endorsed
It's a keybind... when it starts the mod ask you to press three keys. I think it just shows a message on the upper left corner asking for it. You can define one key for toggle menu, another one for toggle flying camera and lastly one key for toggling both at the same time. Once you set that, you press the key and the camera changes. That's it.
Unfortunately this doesn't do what I need it to the most: adjust the speed of the fly cam and freeze the game (so you could actually take a screenshot of your arrow hurtling toward a target right before it hits- that kind of thing). I'm guessing there's no way to make Oblivion do that. In the more advanced games we have sucsm and tfc 1, neither of which have any effect in this game.
I installed it and It worked for me. It did however cause CTDs so it was an uninstall and back to my current stable oblvion. Anyone with another mod that does the same?
The menu to select the toggle buttons did not open for me. I tried several things, no luck. The mod even took away the default button. It makes me quite sad.
