This mod adds the Crystalline Sword from the online game Guild Wars into Oblivion. This is my first mod so I appreciate any comments/feedback about any bugs that may be present :) Overall time taken so far has been about 2 days.
I have added the Crystalline Sword to an NPC who is located just outside of Bravil to the South (hug the castle wall and you'll run into him soon enough). To obtain the sword, simply defeat him and then loot if off of him. The sword currently has Daedric Longsword stats however feel free to edit it in the CS however you see fit. I did originally plan to make a short quest which required you to gain Ectoplasm in exchange for the sword (those of you who play Guild Wars will know the significance of Ectoplasm here), however due to time restrictions/real life I've not had time to implement it. Maybe next time ;)

Installation

To install this mod either use Oblivion Mod Manager to install the OMOD version or you can manually place the files into the following places.
...Data\Textures\Weapons\RC\crystallinesword.dds
...Data\Textures\Weapons\RC\crystallinesword_n.dds
...Data\Textures\Menus\Icons\Weapons\RC\crystallinesword.dds
...Data\Meshes\Weapons\RC\crystallinesword.nif
...Data\Crystalline Sword.esp
To uninstall delete the files above or uninstall via OBMM if you used the OMOD version.

ANet for Guild Wars and the Crystalline Sword, Bethesda for making the Elder Scrolls series :) I don't mind anyone using this mod for thier own modding purposes although it would be nice to give credit where necessary (it'd also be nice to let me know so I can check out your own work! ^_^). The Crystalline Model was created by myself and the textures were taken from an ingame screenshot (so excuse the low res' textures).
