Store "Eclipse Realty" is behind Merchants Inn (a little park without sewer), and seller inside is argonian called Cerra. Not a store "Imperial City office" , this is different store.
I really like the concept of this mod. I saved up all my septims (instead of just using console codes to get gold) to buy every house, (currently i have the last two to still purchase.) I think the houses need more decoration. The outsides look better than the insides. Some of the buildings are tooo bright inside. Other than that, great idea!
well i've had this mod for quite some time and for some weird reason i'v never seen this subject come up but im guessing no one ever thought to explore the whole shop? the basement has 2 merchants in it and one of them lets you BUY the First Edition for 10000 septims? i've bought it and i received the deed and to my surprise it doesn't do what its supposed to do. idk if anyone else figured out you have to READ the deeds once you buy them to receive the keys to the homes you can buy but nothing happens once reading the deed to the First Edition. and when i enter the store itself it still shows theft if i try and pick stuff up. so maybe im missing something here? was that part of the mod never finished? did i just waste 10k on nothing? =w=;;
I love this mod since it adds so many houses. However, I found a makor conflict with another mod called New Roads and Bridges. The IC Prison Home conflicts with a tower located there.
k, i can find all the houses, and eveything, but i cant buy em, i go to the commerce place, but theres no option from the lady at the desk, whats wrong with this?
The ambiance of each of these homes as a bit lacking, sorry to say. Lots of open space with very little in it - I wish this would have had a more "homey" feel to it.
A lot of the containers in these houses are not safe for storage. My character who was staying in the Eclipse condo lost a LOT of important stuff she put in the crate right inside the door. I went over each crate with another mod and fully 90% of the containers in each locale (with the exception of wizard's cave in Bruma) came up as unsafe.
Nedless to say I have deleted this mod and relocated 8 characters and their gear.
