ABOUT
=========================
This replaces the default loading screens with ones that have the leather texture and border found in other parts of the default user interface. I've given these files the same file names as the original screens created by Bethesda so the file names do not necessarily reflect the content of the picture. This download includes replacement loading screens for both standard Oblivion and the Shivering Isles expansion. If you do not have the SI expansion then the game will ignore these files.

I've tested this with a fresh unmodified version of Oblivion 1.2 as well as with DarN's excellent UI mod v 1.1.

If you use DarN's interface mod then install his interface first and then install my loading screens. The only DarN file that will get overwritten by my mod is the "loading_menu.xml" file located under ...\Data\menus.

=========================
NOTES
=========================
I've tested this in several standard display resolutions and the only resolution that they do not work is 640x480. I have not tested this in widscreen resolutions.

=========================
INSTALL
=========================
1. If you use DarN's UI install his first.
2. Extract the two folders (menus and textures) into your ...\Oblivion\Data folder.
3. Launch the game and you will see these replacement loading screens and loading bar instead of the default.
