   why obsolete? You might be right; oblivion does all kinds of weird things. I like the idea of two minutes of silence, that way I don't have to choose between music and no music. thnx
   
   EDIT: oh, I get it. I hope you tested it out before you took my word on that. Just a good rule of thumb...

   You don't have to edit the archiveinvalidation.txt. just putting it in the folder should be enough. I have all kinds of music in my game, plus the originals.
