About this mod
This very little mod will do 2 simple things: FIRST: crimes will only be reported if the victim escapes and/or is killed/robbed at 100ft (30m) of a witness/guard. SECOND AND MORE IMPORTANT: if you get caught, you\'ll get 10x more bounty! If you\'re bad at math, let\'s say that, in default Oblivion, you spend 10 game days in jail for a m

FIRST: crimes will only be reported if the victim escapes and/or is killed/robbed at 100ft (30m) of a witness/guard.
SECOND AND MORE IMPORTANT: if you get caught, you'll get 10x more bounty! If you're bad at math, let's say that, in default Oblivion, you spend 10 game days in jail for a murder.....now you'll spend 100 days (3 months and one week).
To resume, you have 99% more distance to commit a crime, but IF you get caught, you'll regret each of all those months in jail XD
