not to be rude but these are actually Wyverns... dragons have 4 legs and wings. Wyvern's has 2 legs and wings.

Wyvern dragons are more accurate to the legend. Pterosaurs have been attacking tribes in the Amazon as late as the 18th century. See https://omniology.com/IcaPeruDinoArt.html and http://mtblanco.com/2005/12/ica-burial-stones-replicas/

Also the crashes are caused by the fact that the Dragons have no meshes.

In any case, all dragon species in the Elder Scrolls series are always four-limbed (2 legs, 2 wings, or 4 legs), with the exception of Peryite, who is a Daedric deity, so does not have to follow the same biology rules.

you know guys, you can just use console commands to just resurrect them -_- just click on them in the console, then type in "resurrect" enter... and there you go.

You can also set them essential or respawn in CS. Set their AI to frenzied [set all 255] so they will attack everything.

I tried this mod before and am re DLing it now that I am back into Oblivion. It was and still seems to remain one of the few good fun giant moster mods.

What I personally have been long wanting to see is a mod using flying enemies and perhaps set in a flying island up above the wingless folk. Perhaps an angry storm dragon, some fairy folk. a cloud island, that kind of stuff exist to some degree in mods so I could only imagine how fun it would be to have a real reason for my dweomer sky ship to park near by while I free some little winged fary from a big old dragon.

Don't listen to these guys. The dragons should definitely NOT re-spawn. Unless of course you make them their own lairs. Then this would be fine. If your using a mod that makes oblivion harder (like OOO) a random dragon ambush in the wilderness will be quite deadly, especially early on. As long as they are each unique you can stay on the look out for them, and sleep peacefully once they are dead. Plus it gives them a sweet boss like vibe. You should really consider giving even generic straight forward lairs would be cool. There was another modder who said that if somebody added dragons to the game he would make a quest to obtain his dragon armor mod. You should search dragon armor and get in contact with that guy!

I thought I'd do an update instead of just editing my last post. I have several ideas and I have to say that this reminds me of something I'd love to do for a character i got in mind.

    1) More dragons, like wrath of Akatosh or something where its not just 5, dragons but either A they respawn. Or make it similar to the Oblivion Crisis. As it goes on, more and more show up. Or perhaps more varieties. IF scripting/the game engine allowed it, fully flying attacking dragons. Adding a greater threat. Underground dragons, or just blacks, hidden in caves, dungeons or maybe some somehow broke into Ayleid ruins. Their own lairs as well is plausible.

    2) Maybe as some mentioned a "class" or a guild recently formed dedicating themselves to the control of this recent surge of dragons. OR perhaps a legendary hero seeks aid in destroying them. Or perhaps a scroll shows up in bruma having blown in on the winds. An old hero, who died, has left his armaments in several tombs. Of course one could just use the armor of the crusader. But this is actual plate mail, not the chain mail look.

    3. Dragon weapons and armor(ok might be a rip off from monster hunter but its a feasable idea). Bring different materials, and perhaps ores if MMM or OOO has ingots besides gold and silver. Into the smiths and have them make you weapons and armor.
    4. Maybe a small village or two, of course going beyond the boundaries of the"normal" cyrodill, perhaps up in Skyrim make settlements being plagued with dragons.
5 Ever running quests. X city is beyond plagued by a dragon, come to its aid. Or, new caves/dungeons set for dragons. Respawning every 3 days OR if custom can be done for those caves 3 days for creatures but 10 for dragon or something. something to keep players going.
    6. Perhaps a custom class made for the occasion, and perhaps even a race. A "human" made or worked on to become the perfect dragon hunter. Basically I'd think a nord with high fire resistance as well as ice. Or really any race.
    7. Abilities/magic/great(or lesser)powers. These can be unlocked by feats, killing elder dragons or perhaps through use of midas magic. craft own powers specific to the parts used to help aid in killing more stuff.

like I posted on the dragon invasion mod if this has respawning dragons, this will be even more fun. Killing just one and thats it, the fun lasts for only so long. But, if they respawn it'll be just a lot more fun.

But this looks like its just as much fun as the others.
