After finishing the Shivering Isles expansion, I was disappointed to have all these nice spells, but only in Greater Power form. By the end game, a person of your abilities should be able to use the spells whenever you please. SO I changed all the reward spells that were Greater Powers to Lesser Powers. By default, the Greater Powers were set up to use 0 magicka since the game is for anyone, not just mages. This seemed unbalancing in Lesser Power form, so I added magicka costs to the Lesser Powers. I tried not to add to much of a requirement, since it still is for anyone and not just mages. I have also included a version that keeps everything costing 0 magicka.

Installation Process
Extract all files to c:\program files\bethesda softworks\oblivions\data.
Enable "SI Powers Adjustment.esp" if you want the powers costing magicka, or "SI Powers Adjustment Cheat.esp" if you don't want the powers costing magicka.

Bugs/Glitches
There should be no bugs and this should be compatible with save games that already have the Greater Powers, as it works on my game. This mod should also be compatible with all other mods.
