holy........you make No sense, when you upload a mod always be sure to at least post up a COHERENT explanation of what it does. From what i can gather you claim to have gotten the hang of modding.........part of that is providing proper information when you upload your mod.
if ou can't be bothered to provide information on what your mod is/does then why shoul anyone "bother" to download it???

clean up the info and maybe you will see an increase in downloads
it took me ages to find out how to mod so listen up - open ur const. set, then click the first tab on the top left hand corner. one of the mini tabs that open out of that should be data... click on oblivion.esp / master file until a x comes up in the box, then go to the cell box and click on it and press I twice for ICArena and click on one of the tabs under that tab... im saying tab a lot but there are lots of tabs...
kk m8 kos im currently working on my second mod, Skooma Lord 2 basicly all of the stuff but its gona be a hunt for like lots more skooma, and most of my info is in the info txt that is included in the file.. search quests and adventure 2morrow for skooma lord 2...
