Because it is. It's friggin' cool. But, like the others, I wouldn't fancy sitting there for the rest of my life. Especially with folks walking in the street above my head, throwing stuff down at me, and doing even more unsightly things.
Yeah really... that would suck being stuck there and that be the only view to be seen for the rest of one's days... But... it's all good when in this case a way out can be found.

This is in a dungeon, you can see the upper level through the hole's in the grating.
