So with the resource from ALAnonim's Ubanga http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42121/ and Disturbed742's tree resource http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/25826/ + my texture we finally can have very nice looking banana trees!

There are no pineapple plantations in Ubanga, but you can see sisal plantations on Lakaris Islands.(It is very similar)
The next version of Ubanga soon. Sisal plantations will look better.
New land to explore (Halios Islands)
new villages, new palm trees(nif) (on Halios Islands)
new animals (Zebra, Hiena)
new wether system (South of Maranta, Halios)
I will make bananas plantations the second time.

Yes, also the pineapples. I removed the glow of some plants too. All changes are only for plants btw.

Now I understand banana's are related to grass and aren't technically a tree? (big grass basically) or are they more related toward the palm end of plants?
