   You should do an official mods list that makes up your oblivion. I think I can speak for others when I say that I would love my game to look like this. Anyone else agree with me?

      I would if I could. The problem is, most mods and replacers are my private work. If there is something I can publish, I do. I make crazy things like putting tropical flowers on rotting logs, or replacing mushrooms with banana trees.
      A jungle, really but I get CTD very quickly with a purge time higher 60 seconds.

      It is OBGE Liquid Water, but Improved Water or Oblivion Reloaded can do the same. Settings for all mods are in the reply to maczopikzo.

   I want my swamps to look like this. I hope it's Improved Water (or OR) so that we can determine the regions where it's going to look like this. But even if it's Liquid Water, I guess the settings can be ported to IW.
   
   Besides, there are a large number of regions in Ubanga where this water should be standard

      It is Liquid Water here, but settings for OR and/or Improved Water can be the same.

   Seriously, it does look realistic & I do like that in the game. Cyrodiil & Tamriel have a variety of ecosystems that are very different so there is room for all sorts of water & a need for it too.

   I really like the opaque, murky quality here. Makes the water look like a legit swamp environment, as opposed to a swimming pool like some other water mods (or worse yet, the vanilla oil slick).
