So this ENB I'm trying caused a flickering when out side. I figured all I had to do to fix it was open the settings and make some adjustments. Where this effect came from I have no idea

      Sadly no skooma was around to produce this effect. But how that its on my mind I'd love to find a mob that does that.

    in my case, i saw it when i'm trying to use both obge and enb.

    This was right in the door looking from first person. Problem did not show up on the save menu. Also it vanished when I reloaded the game.

    No idea how that came about, but it's making it look like a normal map, can tell by the different colors depending on the angle.
