Yet another WIP settlement. This one is situated at the headwaters of the Panther River just below the pond at Leafrot Cave. Simple fishing/farming village with a few amenities for travelers.

      Via a small patch...yes. UL Panther River places quite a few objects such as large rocks, fallen logs, trees in the area, virtually impossible to work around. Already have a preliminary patch done as well.
