A tiny patch to fix a minor display problem when using the Nowhere to Hide perk and No PipBoy in Power Armor/Power Armor Holo Panel.

With the Nowhere to Hide perk from Sweet 6 Shooter Perks and the Power Armor Holo Panel mod, the player's listed damage in the pipboy is increased by 50% while wearing power armor. As far as I can tell, this is only a display error.
This patch causes PAHP to use a new copy of the stealth field mgef instead of the base game's version, which seems to resolve the problem.
Permissions:
Do whatever you'd like with this. If it gets folded into another mod or otherwise obsoleted I'll probably take this down.
