Does what is says on the title (and overview). Will be updated anytime I want to create a patch for other mods that I use or if I could fulfill your request (yes, feel free to request a mod that you want a patch for, as long as I have the time and will to do it).
Sound selection are based on mix of the original mod's take and my own preference for some guns.
I also share my personally modified script for AWSOME if you use the plugin, in case you're lazy to edit it yourself. My take on it is JSRS-win-over-AWSOME, that said, I deleted the lines on AWSOME that are conflicting with JSRS.
