Let there be Light.
An .esp-less object-lighting mod.

Lumen adds light to countless objects throughout the game that look like they should light up the area around them.
Covers both FNV and
TTW

>>>>> Please Endorse if you like the mod! <<<<<

--------------------------

LLL 1.5 UPDATED and LUMEN ESSENCE Optional Add-on!

Lumen Essence
Lumen Essence uses Base Object Swapper to give a 50% chance to swap previously 'off' objects with 'on' variants.
There are several thousand (Well into 4000+) lights that now might be on, giving new atmospheres and lighting to areas you've never seen with light before.

--------------------------

Safe to Activate/Deactivate mid-playthrough due to only being Mesh edits

REQUIREMENTS:

JIP (latest)
xNVSE (latest)
Improved Lighting Shaders

FEATURES:

A lot of objects now emit light within the game, including but not limited to;
- Terminal Screens
- Server Machines
- Citadel and Bunker 3D Maps
- Special Nuka Colas (Quantum, Victory, Quartz)
- Enclave Towers, Pillars and Lights
- Plasma Weapon's gun barrel
- Tesla Cannons
- Select Gatling Guns (including Backpack)
- Alien Ammunition
- Static Fire Torches
- A lot More, and more things are planned!

Optional LLL (Lights, Lamps and Lanterns)
- Several Lamps, Lights and Lanterns will produce light from the actual object.
As a plus, this will mean that many lights that previously looked like they should emit light, now will.
As a minus, this means there may be some overlap with existing manually placed lights. More on this below:
[Note that this does not, and cannot (yet) account for pre-existing, manually placed lights (of which there are many)]

TTW Version adds many lights unique to TTW/FO3;
- Brass Lantern Signs
- Rivet City outside at the top, where a big hole is in the ship. (night time)
- The Lamplight Mole
- Multiplasma Rifle's gun barrels
+ More planned and upcoming.

COMPATIBILITY:

Will conflict with any meshes/nifs from other mods that also edit the same things.
Other than that? No other conflicts, and no .esp for maximum compatibility.

CONSIDERATIONS:

Work in Progress:
This mod is evolving as i find things to add, change, improve. If you'd like to contribute or suggest other things to make light emit from, i'd love to hear your ideas. Feel free to suggest and provide feedback so i can improve the mod.

Duplicates:

This mod does not account for any pre-placed lights in, around, near sources of light.
AKA; There may be a light already near where the object of some of these, is emitting light.

This mod adds light to the object, so if a light is manually placed somewhere, it'll 'double up', possibly making there be a brighter light than normal.
It's impossible to account for this, but i couldn't notice anything blaringly obvious in my testing so far.

Performance:
Lights are one of the most resource-intense things in the game, adding more won't help an already under-performing game. If you have a low-tier rig, maybe skip on this mod.

ESP-less, and things that didn't make the cut:
There are many additional features which were originally planned to be integrated, however these would require a .esp so as the bulk of the mod is just mesh edits, using existing lights, other planned works may be packaged into another mod release at a later date, containing a lot more goodies to look forward to.

Your visual setup:
This mod cannot, and does not account for your visual setup. Your mileage may vary, and some lights might look different in your game.

The Subtleties:
This mod can't account for the placement and orientation of every object it adds light to. The idea behind the mod was 'A lot of good for a little bad'. It should look nice a lot of the time, but don't be surprised if somewhere out there, there's a light that looks like it comes from or into something that it shouldn't.
The added bonus however of coming across nice little lights that you will now notice, for me was too good to pass up. I wanted the game to have a little more life, and i hope that this mod achieves that.

The Technical Implementation: (how was this done)
Meshes/.nif's were edited with the following:
