I made a quick patch for compatibility with FPGE and TLD in the GECK by moving around some markers. From the limited testing I did with this patch, the FPGE added Khans go around the wall and the TLD kids will also go around the wall (And another rock at a different location).

I am using the Red on The Rocks Bare Bones version, so I'm not sure if this would fix the issues with other versions of this mod.

This was my first time using GECK to move markers around so this patch might be shitty, but it seems to work fine. (I cleaned it up in xEdit)

hello I noticed you made patches for 2 mods, so I thought I'd mention this. if using functional post game ending, a lot of khans get stuck trying to walk through a canyon wall. if you leave the lab and look to the right theres a canyon wall there and they try walking through it. and if you use the living desert, it adds 2 children running around that also get stuck there. deleting the wall causes the entire right side of the canyon to disappear, because it's all 1 big piece.

Definitely unrelated to this mod (confirmed this buy uninstalling it and any other mod that I know directly effects it, and started a new save) but I honestly don't know where else to ask about this.

Anyone else get the graffiti bug where the part of the tent the graffiti is on is transparent? This seems to happen specifically to the tents and nothing else. Only recently discovered this.

Anyone using Nut Vegas, you will experience darker brown rocks after you generate LOD, therefore, its incompatible sadly

If you hide the red rock textures in Nut Vegas - Landscapes, then generate LOD again, it should display the correct color.

Nut Vegas has its LOD a different color texture that stands out even with vanilla.

I use MO2 there’s a overwrite/conflict window when you select a mod you can see what the specific mod is overwriting, then you delete the file you don’t want to be used. That’s the jist of it. YouTube tutorials on MO2 will help out more.

Has anyone else had an issue with the tents quickly popping between visible and invisible? I am standing right next to them, and moving my camera will make them rapidly switch between visible and invisible, but keeping the camera still, they will not change.

    Edit:
Seems like an issue with New Vegas Reloaded. Which sucks because I'm not willing to let that one go.

Stuttering issues could be caused by overloading your PC with too many mods. I test my mods on different PC builds so I know it runs well enough for most PCs but I can’t cater to everyone.

First of all, thanks for this mod, which makes the canyon so much more lively.

Concerning the rocks overlooking the spring (which is still there), my problem is that when I arrive from the passage with the cazadores, I pass fall thru the "new red rocks" to continue along the original path, but find myself blocked by the limits of the new rock, inside it.
I can only get out by using the "tcl".

    Rock in question is xx0018B3.

What version are you using? I was able to replicate the bug with 1.6 going down the cazadore way. Seems the rock walls and LOD aren't triggering, I'll keep testing and see about making a patch later.

Are you using vanilla 2.2 or IRV 2.2? I think I narrowed it down what the problem is.

      Was IRV.
Replaced it with Vanilla and all is OK now.
      Thanks for all.

Sidenote : since I installed this mod , the stutter I had in non-modded Red Canyon when running from the spring until half the canyon has disappear.
      Much appreciated.

Yea something about the IRV versions don't like it when you go that way reeally annoying. I'll look into a fix in the mean time you can use IRV just dont enter red rocks through the Jacobstown way.

Do they actually have a water source now?

Red Rock Canyon always has at least one water source. Behind the arena, to the northwest is a steep pass, starting from a small pond of clean water, that leads past a cazador nest swarming with cazadors that will eventually lead to the path to Jacobstown.

That clean water is bloody valueable in Dust scenario. I remember it well~

I think this mod removes the source behind the arena, judging by the screenshots.

If you bothered to check the mod ingame before commenting you would see the water is still there. Test out the mods before you comment on mod pages whip.

I think the occlusion planes from this mod cause the world to disappear where it shouldn't.

I've had it happen behind Helios One, on the path that takes you to Hidden Valley, depending on where you turn with the camera, the ground becomes invisible.

Disabling the mod solved the issue, also reverting back to version 1.3

But with version 1.5 or 2.1 the issue is present.
