   So it was "Ragdolls". I had the game crashing when I destroyed a turret at the Overseer's office at Vault 34 and then at Helios. This fixed the issue!

   Wow...crash logger only gave me half a log...but it finally led me here. Sometimes it takes a while ;)

    Super useful prior to this I would just go into console and type kill on the turrets.
