For users who only have the Dead Money DLC installed. Very slight container differences.

For users with no DLC (or who want to forgo the Sierra Madre machines, I suppose). No Sierra Madre vending machines, minor changes to new containers.

MADE FOR TTW 3.2 -- users of the latest (3.3+) versions of TTW should not use this unless they know how to check it for incompatibility issues! Also note that TTW 3.3 adds many of these upgrades to the Lucky 38 (but not elsewhere, AFAIK)
