I see, you must have a mod that forces the HUD color to Amber. You could post your mod list so we can try to identify the culprit. Also if using MO2, the falloutcustom.ini overwrites the other game's INIs, so it can force some settings.
I checked your mod list and I don't see anything obvious that could reset your HUD settings. I don't think there is a line in Stewie's Tweaks that modifies HUD colors. I'm not very familiar with TTW though, so I'm not sure about it. Does TTW comes with its own INIs?
OK... now I run out of ideas. You could check MAPMO. Among other things it lets you change Pipboy/general HUD colors on the fly in the pause menu. Definitely worth a try.
Thanks a lot for your nice icons, I posted a screenshot using Pip-Boy 2000 Mk VI and a few other HUD mods in the Image section. The only drawback with your mod is that it seems impossible to have two different colors for the pipboy and the general HUD because the icons are also colored outside the pipboy menus. So everything must be white. But I guess I can live with that =)
