Thanks so much for this. I enjoy TTW but I don't like a lot of the arbitrary changes they made like giving the DC Brotherhood T-51B ugly ass armor. Appreciate you.
I checked the bRoboticsExpertRL3 to 1 and even though I have the Robotics Expert perk its not allowing me to get RL3 from Tinker Joe even though bUniqueRL3 is also enabled and works as RL3's model is the anchorage's model. I'm not sure if Sweet Perk Overhaul or other perk mods is affecting this or its simply a bug.
After some testing and looking at xEdit the game checks too see if you have a companion, if you do dismiss them then you should be able too get RL3. It worked for me when dismissing Dogmeat. Hope this helps.

They appear to be trying to use the textures for the talon company power armor for some reason (the black with brown stripes/blotches).
