For whatever god unknown reason, this breaks the Better Time And Needs mod, just, Full stop. It disables the entire script and all the assets. I have zero clue how, or why.
To be fair, when clicking on the TTW patch and Outside Bets for TTW the download prompt states that YUP is needed, if that message is inherited from the main file details and can't be changed then I can see how confusion applies. Since I had to read this page myself to find out:) To be clear I have TTW and I have no YUP but installed this main New Vegas Uncut file (despite the warning about YUP) and also the Outside Bets for TTW and also the TTW patch. This is correct yes?
Here is an updated TTW patch. There were a couple conflicts left unresolved. But maybe it was intentional. I guess you can look at it and decide for yourself.
Pardon me, I'm a little stupid, but I just want to make sure. If I use this version of the mod, I don't need the Outside bets patch on the YUP page right, as this mod already forwards the fixes in to it?
i just tried to do a new playthrough with this, but I don't think outside bets is working. When I do My Kind Of Town, no changes have been made, Meyers doesn't give a speech, and no deputies spawn. I checked MO2 but and it seems to be enabled and if there's a conflict its not telling me.
Wait, does this include Rotface to Riches? Because that's also a separate mod in the Uncut series that was added as a feature in Freeside Open which you've omitted here.
Seems that way. The quest is in my latest playthrough, which uses this mod and not Rotface to Riches.
Side note, the quest appears to have broken partway through. Got up to the point where he requests something ridiculous like 100+ caps per tip (think this was supposed to be his last set of tips), didn't do the dialogue at that time, left the area to do other quests, then came back and he wanted only 15 or 20 caps per tip (or around that amount) and the dialogue just deadended after he was out of tips. Not sure what's going on or what might have broken the quest, the mod list isn't terribly long or complex.
